Alison Robertson MRICS
Director

Alison has over 25 years' experience in the UK property industry. Initially with Jones Lang Lasalle in London she moved into the institutional world for 10 years with both Aberdeen Asset Managers and Scottish Widows Investment Partnership. Moving into the property company world in 2004 with the Halladale Group Alison became directly involved in acquisitions, disposals and development/ asset management strategies for the group balance sheet and various Joint Ventures. She has worked extensively in the UK and across all sectors working closely with Local Authorities, property professionals and tenants to deliver initiatives.

Glenn Masterton MRICS
Director

Glenn has over 20 years' experience in the property industry having worked across numerous sectors in Contractor, Consultant, Client and Partnering capacities. Working across the UK Glenn has in-depth experience managing numerous large and complex developments covering all sectors from initial briefing through procurement, delivery and beyond. As Project and Development Director he oversees the controlled delivery of a wide range of asset for multiple stakeholders.

Kenneth F Lindsay FRICS
Director

Ken is a chartered surveyor with over 35 years' experience in asset and development management across the UK. At Scottish Provident for over 10 years he was Property Investment Manager of a large UK portfolio in excess of £500 million and was involved in numerous acquisitions, disposals andasset management of offices, retail and industrial property

As Managing Director of Stockland UK and Halladale he was responsible for office, retail and mixed use developments across the UK with completed values of £10-£100 million from the UK £1 billion portfolio. This involved all aspects of development from site acquisition, planning,design, development, project management, funding, letting and disposal.
